Who is Kevin Kareckas?
Kevin Kareckas hails from South Berwick, Maine. Kevin earned his Masters in Education at Castleton University while working there as a full-time administrator in student affairs. Previously, he earned a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Science from Wheelock College in Boston.
In the fall of 2015, armed with only the pleasantries, Kevin boarded a plane headed for Poland to teach at the University of Rzeszow for the academic year through a Fulbright grant. It was in Poland that Kevin was able to truly find his calling as an educator. He looks back to his time there as a period of significant self discovery and grounding.
In the warm months of 2017, he transitioned from his position as the Assistant Director of Student life for Student Activities at Lyndon State College in Vermont to Middlebury College in the same state. On the side, he DJs and officiates weddings, and helps promote local musicians and small business owners through his unique quiver of production techniques.
